  1. Go to the menu on the left and click where it says "Integrations."

 

2. Next, we look for the Shopify integration and select the "Add Integration" option

3. In the next step, you must enter the URL of your online store.

4. Under the " Subscriptions " section, indicate whether you want to collect emails, both through the registration form and from the check-out, as well as from your SMS phone lists. Select the list once you have checked the option you are most interested in.

5. Finally, select "Connect to Shopify" and then click on "Install application". You will be asked for permission to continue with the integration. Click on "Integrate" to finish the process.

As of April 19, 2022, Klaviyo has launched an application integrated into the Shopify Theme Editor, which allows tracking of both active products on the site as well as viewed products. This allows you to finalize the configuration much easier. Without leaving your Klaviyo account, go to "Integrations", ensure that Shopify is visible, and then select "View Settings".

Next, click on the link that says "view your App Embed setting here". It will redirect you to a page where you should check that the app is enabled. Click "Save" and you will be done setting up your Klaviyo integration.
